Emotional Dumpster

Support that comes to the people carrying the care.

The Emotional Dumpster Circle of Care

Caring for caregivers, families, and the people who care for them.

Because sometimes people can come to the support.
And sometimes the support needs to come to them.

Everyone is carrying something.

Caregiving changes the rhythm of ordinary life. Families carry worry, responsibility, uncertainty and love. Staff members spend their days showing up for other people while carrying lives of their own.

The Circle of Care was created around a simple belief:

The people doing the caring need somewhere to be cared for, too.

Rather than asking people to find one more place to go, one more program to navigate, or one more thing to fit into an already full life, the Circle brings respite, personal care, conversation, reflection and connection closer to where people already are.

It is a fully managed experience designed for caregivers, families and staff.

One Circle. Many Ways to Be Cared For.

The Mobile Oasis

A private, welcoming respite experience that comes directly to the people being served. The Mobile Oasis creates room for personal care, restorative experiences and private conversation—without asking someone carrying an already full life to find one more place to go.

The Restorative Retreat

A weekend with room to breathe. Participants step away from everyday responsibilities long enough to rest, receive care, reflect, journal, connect, laugh, explore—or simply do nothing for a while. The location is intentionally selected for each Circle to remain accessible while still feeling like a true restorative experience.

Private Grief & Life-Transition Coaching

Reserved one-to-one space for the things that don't always have somewhere else to go—grief, caregiving, loss, life transitions and emotional overload.

Pull Up a Chair

A monthly journaling gathering where no one has to explain why they came and no one has to share what they write. A chair. A page. A little room to notice what you've been carrying.

Journals, Books & Resources

The experience doesn't end when someone leaves the Oasis, the retreat or the gathering. Journals, books and other resources help connect the experiences across the Circle and give people something they can continue carrying with them.

Support shouldn't create more work for the people providing it.

The Circle of Care is designed as one connected, fully managed experience, not a collection of disconnected services. Scheduling, participant communication, reminders, supplies, staffing, provider coordination, retreat arrangements and day-to-day Circle administration are handled by Tracy and the Emotional Dumpster team.

You tell us where to be.
